If you receive one of the following errors: "An error occurred" "The call failed" "Connecting call (And you do not receive it)" "You cannot make 2 calls at the same time".
If you are having problems registering your phone number, in the "Say it out loud" tasks, we will ask you to follow the next steps.
Step 1- Delete your number registered in Atexto.
Step 2- Save the changes.
Step 3- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Step 4– Go back to the home screen, click “Start recording”. It will ask you to enter the new phone number with which you want to perform the tasks.
