Bear as a verb

Usually, we use the "bear" word referring to the animal but it's also a verb.

Bear (As a verb):

Means "to endure."

  • He could not bear to see the fire on the house.

    "Bear with me":

    Means "be patient with me".

    • I'm processing your request, please bear with me.

    Bear (As a noun):

    Refers to a large furry animal.

    • I saw the bear in the forest and I ran.
