I canceled my account and now I can't use my phone number: What can I do?

If you, yourself canceled your Atexto account for any reason, but later want to recover your phone number to be able to use it in another account, we, from Atexto, cannot release your number.

However, you can ask for your old account to be restored and, therefore, go back to doing tasks and be able to use your phone number. For this you must follow these instructions:

  • Send an email to workhub@atexto.com
  • Use as email subject: Review my Atexto account (you must use exactly this subject).
